The festival’s location is central to its charm. Set in a canyon among the San Juan Mountains, Telluride offers incredible views and fresh mountain air. The natural setting creates a unique atmosphere, making every performance sound even better.
The 53rd Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival will take place from June 18 to 21, 2026. Over four days, you’ll hear a great mix of artists, continuing the festival’s tradition of showcasing many styles inspired by bluegrass.
The 2026 lineup brings back festival favorites and introduces new talent. Tedeschi Trucks Band, led by Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, will perform with their talented group. Shakey Graves will also take the stage, known for his soulful voice and one-man-band style with a suitcase drum and guitar. Greensky Bluegrass will take the stage as well, blending rock, folk, and improvisation into their energetic bluegrass shows.
Gregory Alan Isakov, Larkin Poe, Sam Bush Band, Flatland Cavalry, Punch Brothers, The Infamous Stringdusters, Watchhouse – Duo, Leftover Salmon, Sierra Hull, Jake Shimabukuro, Peter Rowan Walls of the Time Band, Chris Thile, AJ Lee & Blue Summit, East Nash Grass, Jason Carter & Michael Cleveland, Dom Flemings & The Traveling Wildfires, Alash, and Rachel Sumner & Traveling Light add to the stacked mainstage lineup. In addition to the main stage, the festival features intimate workshop performances and other smaller stages, giving you a chance to see artists in a different light.
