RV/Trailer Camper Info
RV/Trailer passes are in limited supply.
You must also purchase a festival pass AND a camping pass for each person attending the festival.
Only one RV/Trailer pass required for each vehicle meeting the requirements.
Vehicles with ANYTHING in tow, and ALL vehicles over 20′ will require an additional camping pass.
- These are in addition to the general camping pass that ALL camping attendees (13+) must purchase.
- ALL bumper-pull campers will need to disconnect from their tow vehicle.
- All sites are Primitive Camping. No water, no electricity.
- ALL CAMPERS INCLUDED IN AN RV CAMPING PASS MUST ARRIVE TOGETHER IN THE SAME VEHICLE AT THE SAME TIME – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please be prepared to purchase the appropriate camping pass tier based on your vehicle configuration.
Tier 1: 20′ – 30′ Vehicles or vehicles with ANYTHING in tow (up to 30′)
If you are towing a camper and the combined camper/vehicle length is less than 20′, you may camp in the general campground (but you MUST purchase this ticket).
Tier 2: 30′ – 40′ Vehicles/RVs/bumper-pull campers
40’ maximum total length for towed camper or RV. The tow vehicle and camper must disconnect and park side to side. No companion vehicles.
Tier 3: 40′ – 50′ Vehicles/RVs/bumper-pull campers
50’ maximum length for a towed camper or any RV. Tow vehicles and large bumper pull or goosenecks will have to be disconnected and parked side by side. No companion vehicles.
These are available as an ADD-ON purchase to your festival pass and cannot be purchased separately.
After selecting your festival passes (one required for each attendee), you will then be able to ADD-ON an RV/Trailer pass (one required for each vehicle).
THURSDAY EARLY ENTRY
Early entry will be allowed on Thursday with purchase of an Early Entry Upgrade.
- This upgrade allows guests to arrive on Thursday between 11 am and 10 pm.
- One (1) per attendee is required.
- Ages 17 and under are FREE.
- Note: This will include entry to the Thursday Concert.
- You must purchase a Festival Pass for festival entry.
CAR CAMPING
You will be able to camp with your car.
There will be designated car camping areas for vehicles under 20’ and tents.
Because of the limitations of the terrain, we will need camping sites to be contained within a 20×20 space.
WE CANNOT SAVE SPACES FOR YOUR FRIENDS WHO ARE SHOWING UP AT A LATER TIME. Sorry, but we will be filling spaces based on the time of arrival.
WALK-IN CAMPING
There will be camping available in the wooded areas on the festival grounds. You will be able to unload close to the walk-in area and then park your car nearby where you will have access to it all weekend.
(Camping in the trees is a risk and that risk is accepted by the attendee. South Fork Music Association or the property owner will not be held responsible for damages while camping in the trees.)
PARKING
Parking for vehicles not wanting to camp is included in the festival pass in a designated area.
